Mathews (Harry).    Random House, New York,  1962      Very nice copy in dust-wrapper that is somewhat worn and rubbed at edges. Inscribed by the author on the front free end-paper: “for George and Peggy - ‘Dreams of the maker, and Dreams of the teller, / Dreams of the Kitchin [sic], and Dreams of The Cellar:’ affectionately Harry Mathews Paris, April 2, 1966”  The last printed page, bearing the biographical note “About the Author”, has been neatly excised, possibly by the author himself.
