A collection of his own works and translations printed by him at 48 West Hill, Highgate Villages, 1923-1931

Sold together with two of his regularly published works from 1912 and 1924. Further details upon request  George Ratcliffe Woodward (1848-1934) was a Church of England cleric, composer, historian of church music and hymnist, whose lyrics for the Christmas carol “Ding Dong Merrily on High” are probably his best remembered work today. His papers are housed in the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library, University of California, Los Angeles.
