Presentation Copy, inscribed by the author on the half-title: “Inscribed for William ???? With warm affection Eleanor Roosevelt” and further inscribed by the recipient to Bertram [Rota] “who alone deserves this “second” which I have ER’s permission to give but I use my own discretion as to recipient ...”
