Bible.   Engraved frontispiece, title-pages and plates, and twelve hand-coloured folding aquatints Thomas Bensley,  1795   Two volumes Large 8vo in 4s Full purple morocco gilt, sides with rules and rolls in gilt and blind, spines elaborately and densely gilt and lettered in gilt, all edges gilt, silk bookmarks Upper covers with slight scratches, extremities a touch rubbed, some foxing to black-and-white plates and a little to text, but a lovely and handsome copy with the additional aquatint plates  The “Killer’ Bible - a misprint in Mark chapter seven, verse 27, has it “But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be killed...”, rather than “filled”.
