Curtiss (Mina).    Houghton Mifflin, Boston,  1978 First Edition     Fine copy in dust-wrapper. The DEDICATION COPY: the printed dedication is “To Jenny Bradley, humbly and with love”. On the front free end-paper the author has written: “To my very dear Jenny, This book, however inadequate, brings you my admiration and my love. Mina. March 1947-1978”  Mina Curtiss edited and translated Proust’s letters and wrote a biography of Bizet. Jenny Bradley (nee Serruys) was a partner in the literary agency set up in Paris by her husband, William Aspenwall Bradley, to serve such American expatriates in Paris as Hemingway and Fitzgerald.
